Notice:

1: This watch is a 2G watch and only supports 2G networks. Please check if there is 2G network in your area before purchasing!It can’t be used without 2G. You need to insert a 2G Micro sim card to use it. SIM card must have a phone fee, have a 2G data network switched on and activated (cannot be a carrier with a 2G network switched off)

2:Please insert a SIM card while the watch is turned off, or restart the watch after inserting a SIM card. Do not insert the SIM card during startup. The SIM card must be inserted correctly

3: The following countries have widely shut down 2G networks, need to be careful to buy: Indonesia, Canada, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, South Korea. Check with your local carrier to see if 2G network support is available before buying. It may not be available in some parts of Turkey.

How to use:

1. Charge the watch for 30 minutes after receiving it, because the watch has no power after a long time of transportation.

2. Turn off the power when fully charged, Find a gap on the back of the watch, pry off the cover, gently pick up the battery and put it next to it, then open the SIM card slot and After the SIM card is loaded, press and hold the power button to power on. Wait for about one minute after inserting the card, there will be a signal bar in the upper left corner of the watch. After the signal is received normally, the watch will automatically correct the time.

3. After insert the SIM card, Scan the QR code in the user manual with the mobile phone to download the APP and register the account, then go to the Device info in the watch and click on the Registration code. This Registration code is used to bind mobile APP to add bound devices. You can also manually input the English letters + numbers below the QR code (please note that the IMEI number on the back of the watch is not the APP Registration code, each device has a unique ID, which can only be used once).

As the firmware is continuously updated, the user interface will be updated accordingly. The images are for reference only, and everything is subject to the actual product.

Due to the difference of light and screen, the color of the item may be slightly different from the picture.

The main function of the box is to protect the watch. It may be damaged after a long time of transportation, which cannot be used as a reason for refund

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
